ELECTRONIC
COMMUNICATIONS POLICY
USAPA
reserves the right to limit or terminate electronic
communications with any party that, in the sole opinion
of USAPA, abuses the electronic medium. Examples of
abuse may include, but are not limited to, profanity,
inflammatory or abusive language and email addresses deemed
profane, inflammatory, provocative or abusive. Parties
subject to such termination may avail themselves of
traditional means of communication, such as telephone and US
Mail. Such traditional means of communication must comply
with applicable state and federal statutes prohibiting abusive,
threatening, repetitive and otherwise unlawful
communication. USAPA reserves the right to take appropriate
legal action in response to violations of these statutes.
"Electronic
Communications" may include, but are not limited to, email
communications and/or internet web site access.
