Understandably we've had many requests for the USAPA Constitution. We have been working feverishly behind the scenes to get this extremely important document to the pilot group; we present it here. Pilots should understand that this is currently a "living document," meaning that it is still open to modification and addition based upon pilot input. As always, at USAPA "the pilots decide."
